Les PC de la série HM-5000 de Jetway, basés sur les processeurs Intel Gen. 8th/10th Core I U-Series, sont des systèmes robustes, conçus sans ventilateur pour une fiabilité maximale et avec une excellente dissipation thermique.

Conçus pour un montage sur rail DIN ou mural, ces ordinateurs prennent en charge l'alimentation 12 ~ 36 V, la protection contre les surtensions (OVP) et les surcharges (OCP) et la gestion d'alimentation à distance par connexion au bornier.

De conception industrielle, la série HM-5000 dispose de GPIO 5KV 16 bits opto-isolé, de 4 ports PoE GbE conformes au protocole IEEE802.3af/at, de 2 ports Intel GbE supplémentaires et d’une trappe facile d’accès pour disque dur.

Dans un format compact (217x124x86mm), ces systèmes intègrent les Entrées/Sorties suivantes : SODIMM double canal, clé M.2 M avec prise en charge SSD NVMe, clé M.2 E pour l'installation du module Wi-Fi6 et clé M.2 B pour la connexion du module 4G/5G.

La série HM-5000 adaptée pour les applications comme la surveillance, la supervision ou encore comme le contrôle de porte automatique, est proposée, suivant le type du processeur, en trois modèles :
